Tera Painting did a wonderful job painting our new Seattle office. I have never worked with a contractor who was as responsive as Alex. He checked in, followed up, and made sure that everything was done to our expectations. Alex worked with our budget and helped us figured out our paint choices. Outstanding work!
I contacted Tera painting on a Sunday with a request to paint my condo the following week. They accepted the challenge and finished it by Tuesday evening. Exceptional service and the quality was superb. Do not hesitate to utilize them for your painting needs!
Tera did an excellent job helping me to paint my basement including a small kitchenette with lots of nooks and crannies. They responded promptly to inquiries, got the job done within my timeframe and they went out of their way to make sure the results were excellent. They also gave me advice on how best to utilize my budget, helping to patch a small area in the wall that had water damage, but letting me paint it myself. They also were happy to spend time scoping out other areas that I wanted advice on, like the condition of my siding. Thank you Tera!

So far, great customer service. Max came to the house within a couple of days from inquiry, gave me a very competitive bid and was very flexible with timing. He was super helpful and very fast to give me an estimate.
They are starting the work on Feb 13th, and I am looking forward to the results. I will update the review accordingly, but the way it is going, it is looking like 5 stars all the way!
This is our second job in two years working with Alex. Once again, he is our go-to guy when it comes to painting projects; he will flex with us to make the project work! By the end of the project, we ALWAYS get what we asked for and MORE! One thing that makes Alex and Tera stand out is that he is a man of his word! There are no surprises, everything is upfront and clearly presented, and the workmanship is as expected. He also makes excellent recommendations on paint and saved us a lot on this end of the project as well. We will use Alex every time!
